Abstract
Un método de producción para cartones corrugados (2) de papel preimpreso, en el que la línea de producción de dicho método de producción incluye una máquina de corrugado (1), múltiples rodillos de guía (3), al menos un rodillo de guía de papel de cubierta (16), una plataforma de rodillos (4), un papel de cubierta enrollado (5), un dispositivo de encolado (7), rodillos de presión (8), y un dispositivo de transporte de los cartones corrugados (2), en el que los cartones corrugados (2) por una cara que son producidos por la máquina de corrugado (1), transportados por el dispositivo de transporte y encolados por el dispositivo de encolado (7) en una forma de encolado por un solo lado convergen con una salida de papel preimpreso mediante los rodillos de guiado de papel de cubierta en los rodillos de presión (8); dicho papel de cubierta preimpreso se dispone sobre dicho cartón corrugado (2) por una cara, y el papel de cubierta preimpreso y el cartón corrugado (2) entran en los rodillos de presión (8) y se encolan juntos para formar un cartón corrugado (2) preimpreso, en el que dicho dispositivo de transporte de los cartones corrugados (2) comprende múltiples rodillos de guiado (3), caracterizado por que el dispositivo de transporte de los cartones corrugados (2) comprende un dispositivo de transporte (17) inferior para el transporte de los cartones corrugados (2) por una cara que son producidos por la máquina de corrugado (1) hacia el dispositivo de encolado (7), estando dicho dispositivo de transporte inferior (17) dispuesto en un paso oculto (18) por debajo de la plataforma de rodillos (4), y por que la longitud en la que el dispositivo de transporte inferior (17) y el paso oculto (18) se cruzan es más larga que la distancia entre diámetros exteriores de dos rodillos del papel de cubierta soportados por la plataforma de rodillos (4).
