Abstract

Dispositivo (1) de transferencia controlada de gas o de moléculas gaseosas volátiles en un recipiente (200) concebido para contener un producto alimenticio líquido o semilíquido (300), caracterizado por que comprende: - una cápsula rígida (2) que forma una cámara (6) de la que un extremo longitudinal (6a) está abierto, y que forman un conducto longitudinal (7) de flujo del producto alimenticio líquido o semilíquido (300); - un producto activo (3) contenido en dicha cámara (6), capaz de absorber un gas y/o moléculas gaseosas volátiles presentes en dicho producto alimenticio (300), o de difundir un gas y/o moléculas gaseosas volátiles en dicho producto alimenticio (300); - una tapa (4) de cierre de dicho extremo longitudinal abierto (6a) de la cámara (6), que comprende un opérculo perforable (4c), siendo esta tapa (4) capaz, cuando se coloca sobre dicha cápsula (2) y su opérculo (4c) no está perforado, de cerrar la cámara (6) de manera estanca a los gases y al agua, y permitiendo, cuando está perforada, una transferencia de gas y/o de moléculas gaseosas volátiles entre el exterior y el interior de la cámara (6), y - una membrana (5) permeable a los gases y/o a las moléculas gaseosas volátiles a absorber o a difundir, colocada en la cámara (6) para separar el producto activo (3) contenido en la cámara (6) del exterior.
