Abstract

Molde de fundición a presión para la fabricación de una pieza fundida bruta, que es parte de un inodoro unitario, que comprende un cuerpo, una anillo hidráulico y un depósito, en el que la pieza fundida bruta presenta como componente unitario el anillo hidráulico y el depósito abierto por arriba, caracterizado por que el molde de fundición a presión (1) está constituido por al menos cinco piezas de moldeo que se pueden unir entre sí de forma desprendible, a saber, por una pieza de fondo (2), dos piezas laterales (3, 4), respectivamente, con una mitad (5, 6) formada integral, con una pared trasera (7) y una pieza de tapa (8), en el que las piezas de moldeo delimitan una cavidad, que corresponde a la forma exterior de la pieza fundida bruta (18), y en el que en la pieza de fondo (2) está previsto un elemento de cuña (12), que delimita al menos por secciones la forma interior del depósito de agua (20).
