Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en motores de combustión, sobrealimentado, provisto de varios cilindros reunidos en por lo menos tres grupos, en el cual cada grupo de cilindros está conectado a un turboalimentador de gas de escape y al fallar un sobrealimentador su lado de soplante se aisla por un cierre del restante sistema, alimentándose todos los grupos de cilindros por los restantes sobrealimentadotes con aire de barrido bajo presión de carga reducida, caracterizados porque el cierre posee una derivación con sección más pequeña, de manera que un sobrealimentador eliminado puede ser enfriado mediante el aire que fluye por la desviación.
