Abstract

Sistema de anclaje de insertos para mecanizado de piezas. Se trata de un sistema de anclaje de insertos para el mecanizado por arranque de viruta, en donde los insertos van montados en correspondientes asientos (2) del cuerpo (3) de la herramienta, efectuándose la fijación de forma indirecta y flotante sin soldadura. Cada inserto (1) cuenta con caras oblicuas complementarias a otras establecidas al efecto en el propio asiento (2), para que mediante una cuña de fijación (10) asociada a un tornillo (12) se produzca el ajuste y apriete entre esas caras oblicuas y la correspondiente fijación del inserto (1), con la colaboración de una pestaña (14) de la cuña de fijación (10) en un alojamiento previsto al efecto en el inserto (1). También cuenta con una segunda cuña de regulación (15) que con un tornillo (18) permite desplazar el inserto de forma axial para conseguir la regulación y el posicionado de éste sobre el correspondiente asiento (2).
