Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en planchas de vapor, caracterizados por una placa de contacto con los materiales a planchar, provista de una caldera de vaporización instantánea que comunica con una lumbrera que se abre hacia abajo a través de la superficie de plancha y por un rebajo abierto hacia abajo preparado en la superficie de plancha de la placa de contacto alrededor de la lumbrera; un elemento de cierre fácilmente amovible que casi llena la superficie del rebajo pero que deja a su alrededor una salida periférica de vapor y pasos de vapor limitados en parte por el techo del rebajo, y en parte por la superficie fronteriza del elemento de cierre y prolongados desde la lumbrera a la salida periférica de vapor, de tal modo que la retirada del elemento de cierre permite el acceso a la lumbrera y a los pasos de vapor, para la limpieza.
