Abstract

1.Un recipiente de envase estanco provisto de una disposición de apertura por desgarro , del tipo que se fabrica por plegado a partir de una banda de material de envasado plana o una máquina de material de envasado plana o una lámina de material de envasado plana, de modo que se forme un cuerpo hueco cerrado, al menos una de una de cuyas paredes laterales, está provista de una aleta de cierre que sobresale del recipiente de envase que se extiende sobre la pared lateral y hasta el vértice de una patilla triangular de doble pared conectada con la pared lateral y formado durante el plegado, cuya platilla está destinada a formar el pico de vertido para la decantación del contenido del recipiente de envase cunado se ha abierto éste, caracterizado porque el material de envasado que forma el recipiente de envase es perforado a lo largo de una línea situada a lo largo de/o en proximidad de la línea de base de la aleta de cierre, a ambos lados de la aleta de cierre, y que se extiende desde el vértice de la citada patilla triangular hasta un punto situado en dicha pared lateral, y porque la perta perforada del material de envasado es cubierta como un todo por una tira de plástico que se fija, de manera estanca a la cara del material de envasado que f0orma el interior del recipiente de envase, porque dicha tira de plástico dirección longitudinal y porque partes de la tira de plástico están unidas entre sí y fijadas en dicha aleta de cierre. 2.Un recipiente de envase, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el corte es dividido en dos partes paralelas entre sí, estando situada una parte central del corte a lo largo de dicho vértice, pero no en contacto con él ,mientras que las partes exteriores del corte están situadas a uno y otro lados del vértice a lo largo de una líena imaginaria que para por dicho vértice. 3.Un recipiente de envase estanco.
