Abstract

Procedimiento de control de tráfico mediante el control de la emisión de tráfico, usando un servidor de comunicaciones, que mantiene en un dispositivo de almacenamiento un mapa de emisión digital de una región geográfica definida, y que actualiza el mapa de emisión por fuentes externas, que comprende las etapas: - la proporción de los datos del mapa de emisión a una unidad de a bordo, UAB, en un automóvil por una red inalámbrica, - el cálculo de una ruta alternativa por áreas de circunvalación que son altamente afectadas por las emisiones, - el seguimiento de la ruta alternativa del vehículo por el recibimiento de la información de seguimiento del automóvil y la transferencia de la información de seguimiento al servidor de comunicaciones, - el cálculo por el servidor de comunicaciones de un bono digital para el pago digital basándose en una ruta alternativa, y la transferencia del bono digital a una cuenta digital, a la unidad de a borde, UAB, o a un dispositivo móvil que puede usarse para el pago digital de parquímetros o transporte público transfiriendo el bono digital a los parquímetros o a la máquina expendedora de billetes.
