Abstract
Válvula de cierre de gas para su instalación en contadores de gas, que comprende un disco de válvula que puede ser desplazado en dirección longitudinal con respecto a un asiento de válvula, donde dicho disco de válvula se asienta sobre un vástago de ajuste sujeta en la dirección longitudinal en una carcasa de válvula, y una unidad lineal acoplada que es accionada por un motor eléctrico mediante un engranaje reductor, en donde, el motor eléctrico es un motor pequeño (11) de corriente continua , el engranaje reductor (13, 14, 15, 16) está dispuesto lateralmente en el lateral de la unidad lineal, y la unidad lineal está diseñada para ser un engranaje de cremallera y piñón o un engranaje de tornillo deslizante , que comprende un elemento de tuerca de ajuste (17') y el vástago de ajuste (18') integrados en un panel (3) de la carcasa de la válvula (1, 3, 4, 10), caracterizada por que el asiento de válvula tiene una junta (6) con labio , la válvula además comprende un dispositivo mecánico que limita el par del motor pequeño (11) de corriente continua activado, en al menos la posición cerrada y/o la posición abierta de la válvula, donde dicho dispositivo está dispuesto en el engranaje reductor, en donde el engranaje reductor comprende un engranaje intermedio grande (14) y un engranaje pequeño (15') que está ranurado y se asienta con su propia fuerza elástica o mediante la fuerza de un resorte de retención (22) por fricción que actúa radialmente sobre dicho engranaje pequeño (15') sobre su árbol, donde dicho árbol es también el árbol de dicho engranaje intermedio grande (14), donde el engranaje intermedio grande (14) se encuentra en un modo de recorrido libre contra la fuerza de fricción radial entre el engranaje pequeño (15'), ranurado y su árbol en la posición cerrada y/o en la posición abierta de la válvula.
