Abstract

Método para el empaquetado de alimentos cocinados en al menos una bandeja con borde corrido en el que los componentes de partida del alimento cocinado son introducidos en la bandeja, caracterizado por que sobre el borde (2) corrido de la bandeja (1) se sella una película (3) de cierre dejando al menos dos zonas del borde no selladas, porque a continuación se realiza la preparación del alimento cocinado en la bandeja y porque se procede a un nuevo sellado de la película (3) de cierre en todo el borde (2) corrido de la bandeja (1).
