Procedimiento para el revestimiento electrolítico de metales, en particular metales ferrosos, caracterizado por el hecho de fosfatar dichos metales con una solución acuosa de fosfato diácido de metal pesado, en condiciones tales que se obtenga un peso de revestimiento comprendido entre 0,2 y 10 g/m2, y en proceder luego, de la manera habitual, al revestimiento electrolítico de los metales así fosfatado.
