Abstract

Un arma portátil modular que comprende un módulo (100), constituido por el cañón (1) del arma, y uno o más módulos (101, 102, 103, 104, 105) que son funcionalmente independientes entre ellos y están asociados con dicho módulo de soporte (100); caracterizada por que el cañón (1) tiene una extensión (2) de vaina o cañón; y dichos uno o más módulos incluyen un módulo de bloqueo y rearmado (101), insertable en dicha extensión (2) de vaina o cañón y contenido en la misma; un módulo (102) de culata o empuñadura que se puede conectar directamente a un extremo posterior de dicha extensión (2) de vaina o cañón, un módulo de contención (103) que se puede conectar directamente a dicho cañón (1) en una ubicación delante de dicha extensión (2) de vaina o cañón, un módulo de cargador (104) y un módulo (105) de mecanismo de elevación y disparo de cartucho, incluyendo dicho módulo (101) de bloqueo y rearmado un cerrojo de recámara (201) y un cabezal de bloqueo (23), siendo recibido dicho módulo (105) de mecanismo de elevación y disparo de cartucho sustancial y enteramente en una porción de receptor (26) de dicho módulo de contención (103).

El arma portátil modular según la presente invención permite así que el usuario final componga el arma eligiendo, por ejemplo, un tipo de cañón, culata o cargador tubular entre las alternativas proporcionadas comercialmente, con las características que mejor se adapten a sus necesidades.
