Abstract

Silenciador de gases de escape de motores térmicos, que comprenden una envolvente cilíndrica exterior y tubos de guiado de los gases, unidos entre sí por al menos una cámara extrema delimitada en el interior de la envolvente por un tabique intermedio plano de soporte de los tubos y una testera extrema, caracterizado por el hecho de que la testera extrema comporta, en la región de dos tubos sucesivos, una embutición redondeada y hueca que sobresale hacia el exterior y cuya cima está separada del tabique intermedio una distancia ligeramente superior al radio de los tubos, mientras que el espesor de la cámara alrededor de la embutición es inferior al diámetro de dichos tubos, de suerte que la embutición guía el cambio de dirección, del derrame de los gases en el tubo.
