Abstract
Nanopartículas monodispersas que comprenden una matriz de más de 50% de dióxido de silicio que presentan en su superficie uno o más grupos químicos como conectores para fijar y liberar de manera controlada un antígeno, y al menos un antígeno se enlaza de modo específico al sitio y de modo covalente al conector, y las partículas tienen un tamaño de 5 a 50 nm, del cual la desviación estándar es de máximo 15% para el uso como vacuna para la fijación como objetivo de antígenos en células que presentan antígeno, para activar el sistema inmune y como adyuvante.
