Envase molde para tartas y similares, que está constituido esencialmente por dos piezas fundamentales de material flexible, una a modo de bandeja plana, con el contorno correspondiente, que constituirá el fondo del envase molde y que tiene su cara interna metalizada, y otra a modo de tira, de longitud apropiada para adaptarse periféricamente a la primera, coro su cara interna asimismo metalizada y con una pestaña susceptible de doblarse en su borde inferior, sobre el que asentará la pieza de fondo, quedando completada la tira en cuestión con medios de engarce amovible en sus extremos para mantener cerrado el contorno y permitir su apertura para el desmoldeo.
