Abstract
Método de tratamiento de un efluente supersaturado con carbonato de calcio en presencia de productos inhibidores de la precipitación de fosfonato.#La presente invención se refiere a un método de tratamiento de un efluente líquido acuoso que contiene iones calcio y carbonato y que contiene productos inhibidores de la precipitación, comprendiendo dicho proceso las siguientes etapas sucesivas:#a) proporcionar un efluente líquido acuoso supersaturado con CaCO{sub,3} y que contiene productos inhibidores de la precipitación;#b) habiendo obtenido el efluente en la etapa a), pasarlo a un reactor con alto contenido de sólidos con un contenido de sólidos mantenido entre 20 y 800 g/l y separación sólido-líquido integrada, a un pH comprendido entre 8 y 9,2, permitiendo en una única etapa la precipitación in situ del polimorfo de aragonito de carbonato cálcico y la eliminación de los productos inhibidores de la precipitación;#c) recuperar un sobrenadante líquido acuoso que contiene un contenido de sólidos en suspensión inferior o igual al 0,1 % en masa del contenido de sólidos en el reactor, ventajosamente un contenido de sólidos en suspensión inferior a 50 mg/l, siendo los productos inhibidores de la precipitación fosfonatos.
