- 12.5560REIVINDICACIONESProducto laminado intermedio, que comprende una primera capa de papel que comprende fibras de lignocelulosa, y una capa de recubrimiento seco aplicada a una superficie de la primera capa de papel, estando dicho producto laminado intermedio destinado para laminacion termica con una segunda capa de papel que comprende fibras de lignocelulosa, caracterizado porque el recubrimiento comprende microesferas expandibles, teniendo dichas microesferas una temperatura de expansion (Te), al menos un polisacarido, y un aditivo de plastificacion que es capaz de formar una mezcla termoplastica con el polisacarido.Producto laminado intermedio segun la reivindicacion 1, en el que las microesferas tienen una temperatura de expansion (Te) de 120 °C-230 °C.Producto laminado intermedio segun las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, en el que el polisacarido es un almidon nativo o modificado, preferiblemente un almidon modificado que tiene una viscosidad reducida despues de la gelatinizacion en comparacion con almidon nativo.Producto laminado intermedio segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-3, en el que el aditivo de plastificacion se elige de uno o mas de urea, glicerol, acido cftrico, formamida, acetamida, sorbitol o glicol, preferiblemente una combinacion de urea y glicerol.Producto laminado intermedio segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-4, en el que el recubrimiento comprende el 1-25% en peso de uno o mas compuestos de polfmero, basandose en el peso seco del recubrimiento, eligiendose dichos compuestos de polfmero preferiblemente del grupo que consiste en polfmeros de estireno-butadieno, polfmeros de acrilonitrilo-butadieno, polfmeros de acetato de vinilo-etileno, polfmeros de estireno-acrilato de butilo, polfmeros de polivinilo-acetato, polfmeros de polihidroxialcanoatos, polfmeros de nitrilo y caucho natural.Producto laminado intermedio segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-5, en el que el recubrimiento comprende el 2-50 % en peso, preferiblemente el 5-30 % en peso, mas preferiblemente el 7-20 % en peso de microesferas expandibles, basandose en el peso seco del recubrimiento.Producto laminado intermedio segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-6, en el que el recubrimiento comprende el 30-93 % en peso de polisacarido, basandose en el peso seco del recubrimiento.Producto laminado intermedio segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-7, en el que el recubrimiento comprende el 5-30 % en peso del aditivo de plastificacion, basandose en el peso seco del recubrimiento.Producto laminado intermedio segun una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-8, en la que el recubrimiento comprende, basandose en el peso seco del recubrimiento, el 7-20 % en peso de microesferas expandibles, el 40-75 % en peso de almidon, el 5-10 % en peso de urea, el 5-10 % en peso de glicerol y el 5-20 % en peso de compuestos de polfmero.Estructura laminada expandible que comprende el producto laminado intermedio segun las reivindicaciones 1-9, y que comprende ademas una segunda capa de papel que comprende fibras de lignocelulosa, en la que la capa de recubrimiento esta en forma expandida, y la segunda capa de papel se ha unido al recubrimiento seco por medio de laminacion termica.Carton para el envasado de lfquidos que comprende la estructura laminada expandida segun la reivindicacion 10, y que comprende ademas una capa de barrera frente a los lfquidos en al menos una de dichas capas de papel primera o segunda.Procedimiento para formar el producto laminado intermedio segun las reivindicaciones 1-9, que comprende las etapas de:- aplicar un recubrimiento a una primera capa de papel, recubrimiento que comprende una mezcla acuosa de polisacaridos, un aditivo de plastificacion que es capaz de formar una mezcla termoplastica con el polisacarido, y microesferas expandibles, teniendo dichas microesferas una temperatura de expansion (Te), y opcionalmente una dispersion de latex, comprendiendo dicha dispersion de latex preferiblemente compuestos de polfmero elegidos del grupo que consiste en polfmeros de estireno-butadieno, polfmeros de acrilonitrilo-butadieno, polfmeros de acetato de vinilo-etileno, polfmeros de estireno-acrilato de butilo, polfmeros de polivinilo-acetato, polfmeros de polihidroxialcanoatos, polfmeros de nitrilo y caucho natural;- secar la capa de papel recubierta a una primera temperatura (T1) por debajo de la temperatura de expansion (Te) de las microesferas, mediante lo cual se obtiene un producto laminado intermedio seco;5101520253035404550- envasar el producto laminado intermedio seco para su transporte o almacenamiento, o transferirlo directamente a una etapa de laminacion para su laminacion con una segunda capa de papel.
- 13. Procedimiento segun la reivindicacion 12, en el que dicha primera temperatura (Ti) es de 80 °C-110 °C.
- 14. Procedimiento segun la reivindicacion 13, en el que el recubrimiento se aplica en una cantidad de 5299 g/m2
- 15. Procedimiento para formar la estructura laminada expandida segun la reivindicacion 10, que comprende las etapas del procedimiento segun las reivindicaciones 12-14, o que proporciona un laminado intermedio fabricado previamente segun las reivindicaciones 1-9, y que comprende ademas;- introducir el producto laminado intermedio en una etapa de laminacion termica;- aplicar una segunda capa de papel al recubrimiento del producto intermedio a una segunda temperatura (T2), que esta por encima de la temperatura de expansion (Te) de las microesferas, mediante lo cual las microesferas se expanden, y a la que el aditivo de plastificacion provoca la plastificacion del polisacarido, para formar una mezcla termoplastica.
- 16. Procedimiento segun la reivindicacion 15, en el que dicha segunda temperatura (T2) es de 120 °C-220 °C, preferiblemente 130 °C-180 °C.
- 17. Estructura laminada expandida que comprende el producto laminado intermedio segun las reivindicaciones 1-9, que comprende una capa de barrera de material de lamina de metal o plastico colocado entre dos capas de producto laminado intermedio, en la que las capas de recubrimiento estan en forma expandida, y en la que las dos capas de producto laminado intermedio estan orientadas en el laminado de manera que el recubrimiento expandido de cada capa esta girado hacia la capa de barrera.
- 18. Estructura laminada expandida segun la reivindicacion 17, en la que la capa de barrera esta hecha de un material de barrera frente al oxfgeno, preferiblemente pelfcula de polietileno-alcohol vimlico o pelfcula de aluminio.
- 19. Estructura laminada expandida segun la reivindicacion 17 o 18, que comprende ademas una capa de barrera frente a los lfquidos en al menos una de dichas capas de papel primera o segunda, en el lado de la segunda capa de papel orientada lejos de la capa recubrimiento.
- 20. Procedimiento para formar la estructura laminada expandida segun la reivindicacion 17 o 18, que comprende las etapas del procedimiento segun las reivindicaciones 12-14, o que proporciona un laminado intermedio fabricado previamente segun las reivindicaciones 1-9, y que comprende ademas:- introducir una primera capa de un producto laminado intermedio en una etapa de laminacion termica;- aplicar una capa de barrera de material de lamina de metal o plastico al recubrimiento de la primera capa de un producto laminado intermedio; y- aplicar una segunda capa de producto laminado intermedio a la capa de barrera, de manera que la capa de recubrimiento de la segunda capa de un producto laminado intermedio este girada hacia la capa de barrera;- someter dichas capas a una segunda temperatura (T2), que esta por encima de la temperatura de expansion (TE) de las microesferas, mediante lo cual las microesferas se expanden, y a la que el aditivo de plastificacion provoca la plastificacion del polisacarido, para formar una mezcla termoplastica.
- 21. Uso de la estructura laminada expandida segun la reivindicacion 10, o las reivindicaciones 17-19 como carton de envasado para fabricar un envase.
