Abstract
Implante que se compone de magnesio o de una aleación a base de magnesio, que se caracteriza porque se compone de fibras de magnesio o de una aleación a base de magnesio las cuales están unidas entre sí por medio de puentes sinterizados, espaciados unos de otros localmente, y forman un cuerpo de poros abiertos.

Ejemplo 7:
Las fibras fabricadas de manera análoga al ejemplo 6 fueron vertidas y sinterizadas de manera análoga al ejemplo 1 para obtener una estructura de alta porosidad. Tomando en cuenta el diagrama de fase terciaría y los cálculos termodinámicos para la estimación de las temperaturas de sinterización con la ayuda del software PANDAT, la temperatura de sinterización para la aleación MgY2,6Ca1,6 se encuentra en el intervalo de 550 °C a 590 °C, lo cual corresponde a una fracción de fase líquida de 10 a 20 %.
Una sinterización de las fibras de MgY2,6Ca1,6, vertida sobre un sustrato inerte hecho de chapa de tantalio, fue realizada a 580 °C. La sinterización se efectuó tal como se describe en el ejemplo 1 en un horno de gas protector (tubo de vidrio de cuarzo) bajo argón 6.0 de alta pureza calentando la muestra a 10 K/ min hasta 550 °C, un tiempo de espera de 1 min, y calentamiento subsiguiente a 3 K/ min hasta la temperatura de sinterización Tmax de 580 °C, tiempo de espera 20 min.
La estructura sinterizada se caracteriza por contactos de sinterización estables, alta pureza de 61 % en el material de prueba y muy buena capacidad de maquinarse. El maquinado para obtener cuerpos moldeados definidos en forma de círculos con un diámetro de 10 mm fue hecho con la ayuda de cortes con láser. La estructura sinterizada se caracteriza por un alto grado de pureza (contenido de oxígeno máximo de 0,001 %). Debido a la composición modificada (2,6 % de Y; 1,6 % de Ca) la velocidad de degradación que puede medirse en la prueba de corrosión es un poco más grande que en el caso con el implante fabricado de acuerdo con el ejemplo 1.
Los implantes fabricados de acuerdo con los ejemplos 1 a 7 pueden limpiarse tal como sigue y luego también pueden recubrirse. Para propósitos de limpieza se mezclan 20 ml de glicerina (85 %), 5 ml de ácido nítrico (65 %), 5 ml de ácido acético (100 %) y el implante sinterizado se sumerge en la solución durante 30 segundos. A continuación se limpia dos veces durante 60 segundos cada vez en etanol al 100 % en un baño de ultrasonido y finalmente es soplado con un limpiador de gas comprimido. Después tiene lugar un procedimiento de secado completo en la cabina de vacío a una temperatura de 50 °C por un período de aproximadamente 10 minutos.
El implante limpiado y secado de esta manera puede sumergirse en una solución saturada de fluoruro de sodio. A la solución se agregan 4 g en 100 ml de Aqua ad iniectabilia (agua para inyección) (Braun, botella de vidrio de 100 ml) y la mezcla se pone en un contenedor de vidrio y allí se agita por un lapso de tiempo entre 1 hora y 2 hora.
Adicionando NaOH, el valor de pH se ajusta a 11,5. El implante puede colocarse en la solución obtenida de esta manera y sobre su superficie puede formarse una capa de fluoruro de sodio. Después de secarse en una cabina de vacío, la capa de fluoruro de sodio puede tener un grosor de capa medio de al menos 0,1 µm. Mediante el recubrimiento puede lograrse una disminución significativa en la tasa de corrosión, en comparación con una estructura de fibras no recubierta.
