Abstract

1. Tapón fileteado (1) de una materia plástica elástica que comprende un fileteado interno (2) para obturar la abertura del recipiente (4) dotada con un fileteado externo correspondiente (5), estando destinado el citado tapón fileteado a desplazarse en el momento de la operación de obturación, desde una posición de pre-posicionado directamente sobre los filetes del fileteado externo, bajo la acción de una fuerza que actúa, en dirección axial, caracterizado porque se ha dispuesto al menos un elemento de tope elástico (3,9,19) sobre el tapón fileteado (1) de tal forma que se apoye sobre la abertura del recipiente (4) en el momento de la rotación del tapón fileteado en el sentido de enroscado y que, conjuntamente con el fileteado interno (2), parcialmente insertado, inmovilice el tapón fileteado en una posición de pre-posicionado con relación a la abertura del recipiente, correspondiendo esta posición a la posición angular final del tapón fileteado cuando el recipiente está obturado, estando dimensionado este elemento de tal forma que su resistencia pueda ser vencida en el momento de la aplicación de la fuerza de obturación y que el tapón obturador pueda ser engastado por presión en su posición angular final.
