Abstract
Utilización cosmética de la asociación de un extracto peptídico de germen de algarroba (Ceratonia siliqua L.) y de cafeína, o uno de sus derivados, como agente activo adelgazante.
Description
[0112] La evaluación de la eficacia se realiza mediante comparaciones de las mediciones en T0 y en T 28 días, siendo cada voluntario su propio testigo. Resultados: [0113] En las condiciones experimentales, después de 28 días de aplicación, se observa una disminución media 5 significativa de -2,2 cm de la circunferencia del abdomen, una disminución media significativa de -1,2 cm de la
circunferencia superior del muslo y una disminución media significativa del volumen de los troncos de los muslos. [0114] La serie de datos sigue una distribución normal. El análisis estadístico utiliza una prueba t de Student para datos emparejados, en la que P<0,05 se considera significativo.
[0115] Por otra parte, un cuestionario ha permitido determinar que la mayoría de los voluntarios consideró las 10 zonas tratadas más lisas y más firmes y el aspecto de piel de naranja atenuado.
Conclusión: [0116] La aplicación dos veces al día de la asociación del extracto de algarroba según el ejemplo 1 y de cafeína al 2 % durante 1 mes permite un adelgazamiento significativo de los muslos y del vientre, así como una atenuación del aspecto de piel de naranja.
