Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar una unidad de visualización que presenta un monitor electroóptico que posee una zona plana activamente excitable (23) con un cristal de cubierta (3) dispuesto delante del mismo por el lado del observador, en el que entre el monitor electroóptico y el cristal de cubierta (3) está dispuesta una capa de masa de pegado transparente (13) y en el que el cristal de cubierta (3) está unido con el monitor electroóptico mediante uniones adhesivas por medio de un bastidor de pegado (8) para formar una unidad constructiva que está insertada en un rebajo (26) de un panel de visualización (27), de tal manera que las superficies del lado del observador del cristal de cubierta (3) y del panel de visualización (27) estén en un plano, caracterizado por que el cristal de cubierta (3) se introduce en un primer alojamiento de un dispositivo de posicionamiento (1) hasta asentarse en una primera superficie de asiento (5) paralela al plano del cristal de cubierta (3), por que el bastidor de pegado (8) se inserta a continuación en un segundo alojamiento del dispositivo de posicionamiento (1) hasta asentarse en una segunda superficie de asiento (6) paralela al plano de la primera superficie de asiento (5), correspondiendo la distancia (28) entre los planos de las superficies de asiento primera y segunda (5, 6) al grosor del panel de visualización (27) en su zona circundante del rebajo (26), por que el bastidor de pegado (8) presenta una pata (9) paralela al cristal de cubierta (3) cuyo borde periférico dirigido hacia el cristal de cubierta (3) abraza el borde periférico del cristal de cubierta (3) con una distancia que forma una ranura (10), presentando la pata (9) en su lado alejado del lado del observador una tercera superficie de asiento (16) paralela al plano del cristal de cubierta (3), cuyo plano se extiende a una determinada distancia (11) paralelamente a la superficie del cristal de cubierta (3) alejada del observador, por que la ranura (10), entre el cristal de cubierta (3) y la pata (9) del bastidor de pegado (8), se llena a continuación con un primer pegamento (12) que une estas dos partes entre sí, por que la superficie del cristal de cubierta (3) alejada del observador se cubre seguidamente con la capa de masa de pegado transparente (13) que se extiende hasta el lado frontal de la pata (9) vuelto hacia el cristal de cubierta (3) y cuyo lado alejado del observador forma un plano con la tercera superficie de asiento (16) de la pata (9), por que seguidamente el monitor electroóptico se coloca con su lado del observador sobre la masa de pegado (13) de modo que el monitor electroóptico, con su zona de borde periférico que se extiende más allá del cristal de cubierta (3), se asiente en la tercera superficie de asiento (16) de la pata (9), por que a continuación se introduce un segundo pegamento (25) entre la zona de borde periférico del monitor electroóptico y el bastidor de pegado (8) para unir directa o indirectamente el monitor electroóptico con el bastidor de pegado (8), y por que seguidamente la unidad constructiva que consta del cristal de cubierta (3), el monitor electroóptico y el bastidor de pegado (8) se coloca desde el lado alejado de un observador hasta que el bastidor de unión (8) se asiente en el panel de visualización (27), y se une así dicha unidad con éste, quedando introducido el cristal de cubierta (3) en el rebajo (26) del panel de visualización (27).
