Abstract
Dispositivo para la fijación a un dispositivo de inyección de líquido portátil, donde dicho dispositivo (21,31) está diseñado para incluir el almacenamiento farmacológico (23,33) del dispositivo de inyección completamente y donde dicho dispositivo tiene al menos dos electro dos conductores planos (22,32) que permiten que se aplique un campo eléctrico mediante un volumen entero del almacenamiento farmacológico del dispositivo de inyección y donde dicho dispositivo comprende un circuito eléctrico, al que entre otras cosas los electrodos están conectados, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicho dispositivo es para la fijación a un dispositivo de inyección de líquido portátil tipo pluma y es en forma de un manguito desmontable o en forma de una tapa desmontable.
Description
[0085] La presente invención puede resolver este problema por una medición diferencial que se hace con la tapa inventiva fijada a la pluma de insulina y con la tapa inventiva separadamente.
[0086] En este contexto, la extracción superior muestra la situación donde la tapa 51 con sus electrodos 52 se fija a a la pluma de insulina. En este caso, la tapa 51 incluye el fármaco 53 en el almacenamiento farmacológico completamente. Sin embargo, la tapa 51 también incluye la gota (adicional) 54.
[0087] En esta disposición, una primera medición se hace aplicando un campo eléctrico.
[0088] Después, una medición adicional en la tapa se hace por separado, es decir, después de que la tapa 51 haya sido separada de la pluma de insulina. A consecuencia, solo la gota adicional 54 contribuye a esta medición. El fármaco 53 en el almacenamiento farmacológico no contribue a esta segunda medición. Esta situación se muestra en la extracción en el fondo de la Fig.6.
[0089] Por comparación de las dos mediciones, por ejemplo, "substrayendo" la aportación de la gota de la primera medición, el nivel real de relleno en el almacenamiento farmacológico de la pluma de insulina puede ser determinado.
[0090] La Fig. 7 muestra una solución para el problema de que hay una influencia de interrupción en el campo eléctrico de fuera de la matriz de electrodo. Esta influencia puede también originarse de un líquido (exterior) o por ejemplo de tejido de humano como un dedo.
[0091] Para resolver este problema un protector adicional 62 puede estar previsto fuera de los electrodos 63 en una tapa inventiva 61. A consecuencia, el campo eléctrico representado por las líneas de campo 64 en la Fig. 7 no será afectado por la influencia del exterior.
[0092] La Fig. 8 ilustra la solución al problema de que el campo eléctrico proporcionado por los electrodos conductores en una tapa para una pluma de insulina puede ser heterogéneo o perturbado en la extremidad abierta de dicha tapa. Este problema puede resolverse según la forma de realización de la figura 8 en que un protector 72 se coloca en la tapa 71 entre la superficie interna de la tapa 71 y los electrodos 73 en la tapa. El protector 72 puede ser un dispositivo separado previsto en la tapa 71 o por ejemplo también pueden ser un recubrimiento en la superficie interna de la tapa 71.
[0093] Según la forma de realización de la figura 8, hay un recubrimiento longitudinal del protector 72 sobre los electrodos 73 en la tapa 71. Este hecho se muestra al lado izquierda de la figura 8.
[0094] Además, según la Fig. 8, hay también un recubrimiento de los electrodos 73 sobre la extensión longitudinal del almacenamiento que se muestra también al lado izquierdo de la figura 8.
[0095] En otras palabras: según la forma de realización de la figura 8, el protector 72 previsto en la tapa es "más largo" que los electrodos 73 previstos en la tapa 71 y los electrodos 73 son "más largos" que la extensión del almacenamiento farmacológico en la dirección de la extremidad abierta de la tapa 71. Por estas medidas (por separado o en combinación), las inhomogeneidades del campo eléctrico en la extremidad abierta de la tapa 71 (lado izquierdo en la extracción de la figura 8) y/o sus influencias en la determinación capacitiva del estado de relleno del envase para fármacos se pueden minimizar.
[0096] Otra medida para solucionar el problema de heterogeneidad de campo o trastorno de campo en la extremidad abierta de una tapa inventiva se muestra en la Fig. 9. Aquí, como un ejemplo, un dedo humano se sitúa en una heterogeneidad de campo que podría afectar a la impendancia medida entre electrodos 82 (ver la Fig. 8).
[0097] Como una solución, la Fig. 9 muestra una forma de realización donde la tapa 81 (con un protector adicional o no) comprende no solo electrodos (estimulantes) 82, sino también electrodos de dispositivo de seguridad 83. Estos electrodos de dispositivo de seguridad 83 focalizan el campo eléctrico entre los electrodos 82 en la extremidad abierta de la tapa 81 (lado izquierdo en el dibujo de la figura 9). Los electrodos de dispositivo de seguridad 83 aseguran que el volumen entero del almacenamiento farmacológico se incluye por un campo eléctrico y que este campo no se desvía fuera de la tapa a su extremidad abierta (lado izquierdo en la Fig. 9).
