Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una pieza moldeada revestida a partir de una pieza y una lámina de revestimiento incluyendo - la aplicación de un pegamento sobre la superficie de la lámina de revestimiento y/o de la pieza, - el ensamblaje de la pieza y de la lámina de revestimiento de manera que la capa del pegamento aplicado en forma de retículo está dispuesto entre la lámina de revestimiento y la pieza, y - la unión de la lámina de revestimiento con la pieza mediante extracción del aire que se encuentra entre la pieza y la lámina mediante aplicación de una presión negativa, donde el procedimiento está caracterizado por que - la aplicación de un pegamento sobre la superficie de la lámina de revestimiento y/o de la pieza se realiza en forma de retículo y por medio de la aplicación en forma de retículo del pegamento sobre la superficie se forman canales, y - el pegamento es un pegamento de fusión, que para una temperatura de procesamiento desde 90º C hasta 200º C presenta una viscosidad Brookfield desde 50 hasta 1 000 000 mPa·s.

Experimentos de comparación con una aplicación a rodillo lisa (es decir no en forma de retículo) clásica con las mismas cantidades de pegamento no muestran ningún tipo de transporte de aire horizontal sobre superficies sin relieve. Solo en zonas en las cuales las láminas debido a la geometría de la pieza y a la dinámica del proceso de
5 revestimiento prácticamente se “enrolla” sobre la pieza no pueden reconocerse ningunas inclusiones de aire. En particular todas las superficies muestran, también cuando hay numerosos agujeros, en un 20 a 80 % de las superficies, humectación y pegado defectuosos atribuible a inclusiones de aire. También los experimentos de comparación sin pegamento no muestran prácticamente ningún transporte de aire horizontal. La lámina blanda sella directamente sobre el sustrato liso.
10 Ejemplos Todas las determinaciones de los parámetros y medidas fueron realizadas, siempre que no se proporcione otra cosa, bajo las condiciones estándar usuales para el especialista, es decir a temperatura ambiente (21º C +/-1º C) y a presión atmosférica (1 atm).
15 Los experimentos siguientes se utilizó un pegamento de fusión a base de poliolefinas no reactivo de la empresa Jowat AG, Alemania (Jowat-Toptherm® 238.30).
Éste fue aplicado sobre el lado inferior de una lámina de TPO (Benecke-Kaliko/Alemania, 2 mm de espuma con 0,8
