Un método realizado por un dispositivo inalámbrico (120) para realizar la configuración de célula, en el que el dispositivo inalámbrico (120) y un primer nodo (111) de red que sirven al dispositivo inalámbrico (120) funcionan en una red (100) de comunicaciones inalámbricas, en el que el primer nodo (111) de red gestiona una primera célula (111a) de servicio y en el que el método comprende: - cuando el dispositivo inalámbrico (120) ha de enviar una transmisión de acceso aleatorio, RA, en la primera célula (111a) de servicio al primer nodo (111) de red mientras se prepara para realizar o realiza la configuración de una segunda célula (112a) de servicio gestionada por un segundo nodo (112) de red, configurando la segunda célula (112a) de servicio dentro de un retraso temporal de configuración Tact_PSCell que comprende al menos un retraso temporal TRA_PCell debido a la transmisión de RA en la primera célula (111a) de servicio; - configurando de otro modo la segunda célula (112a) de servicio dentro del retraso temporal de configuración Tact_PSCell excluyendo el retraso temporal TRA_PCell debido a la transmisión de RA en la primera célula (111a) de servicio.
