Abstract
Procedimiento de tratamiento de una carga hidrocarbonada pesada que tiene un contenido de azufre de al menos 0,5 % en peso, una temperatura inicial de ebullición de al menos 350 ºC y una temperatura final de ebullición de al menos 450 ºC, que permite obtener al menos una fracción hidrocarbonada líquida que tiene un contenido de azufre inferior o igual a 0,5 % en peso, dicha fracción hidrocarbonada líquida es un combustible de tipo fueloil pesado que puede convertirse opcionalmente en un combustible marino, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento las siguientes etapas sucesivas: a) una etapa de hidrotratamiento en lecho fijo, en la que la carga hidrocarbonada y de hidrógeno se ponen en contacto sobre un catalizador de hidrotratamiento, b) una etapa de separación del efluente obtenido al final de la etapa (a) de hidrotratamiento en al menos una fracción ligera y al menos una fracción pesada, c) una etapa de hidrocraqueo de al menos una parte de la fracción pesada del efluente resultante de la etapa (b), tomada sola o mezclada con otros cortes residuales o fluidificantes, en al menos un reactor que funciona en modo híbrido, es decir, que funciona en lecho burbujeante con un catalizador soportado, en forma de extruidos cuyo diámetro está comprendido entre 0,8 y 1,2 mm, asociado a un catalizador "disperso" constituido por partículas de catalizador muy finas, que tienen un tamaño comprendido entre 0,1 y 100 micrómetros, que constituyen una suspensión con la fase líquida hidrocarbonada a tratar, d) una etapa de separación del efluente resultante de la etapa (c) para obtener al menos una fracción ligera y al menos una fracción pesada, e) una etapa de tratamiento de sedimentos que permite reducir el contenido de sedimentos de la fracción pesada resultante de la etapa de separación d), f) una etapa de separación final del efluente de la etapa de tratamiento e) para obtener dicha fracción hidrocarbonada líquida con un contenido reducido de sedimentos (es decir, inferior a 0,1 % en peso), procedimiento en el cual la etapa de hidrocraqueo se lleva a cabo con las siguientes condiciones operativas: - una presión parcial de hidrógeno que varía de 2 a 35 MPa, y preferentemente de 10 a 25 MPa, - una temperatura comprendida entre 330 ºC y 550 ºC, preferentemente 350 ºC a 500 ºC, incluso más preferentemente entre 370 ºC y 480 ºC, - una velocidad espacial horaria (VEH del reactor, relación entre el caudal volumétrico de la carga y el volumen del reactor) comprendida entre 0,1 y 10 h-1, preferentemente 0,1 h a 5 h-1 y más preferentemente entre 0,1 a 2 h-1, - una velocidad espacial horaria de "catalizadores en lecho burbujeante" para los reactores en lecho burbujeante o híbrido comprendida entre 0,1 y 5 h-1, preferentemente 0,1 h a 3 h-1 y más preferentemente entre 0,1 y 1 h-1, la VEH del "catalizador en lecho burbujeante" se define como la relación entre el caudal volumétrico de carga en m3/h y el volumen en m3 del catalizador en lecho burbujeante en reposo, es decir, cuando la tasa de expansión del lecho burbujeante es nula, -
