Abstract

Un dispositivo de fijación de un injerto, el cual incluye: un cuerpo alargado (110) circunscrito por las siguientes superficies externas: una superficie del primer extremo (112) y una superficie del segundo extremo (114) enfrentada a la superficie del primer extremo, las cuales definen la longitud total del cuerpo alargado; una superficie inferior y una superficie superior enfrentada a la superficie inferior, las cuales definen la altura total del cuerpo alargado; y una primera superficie lateral y una segunda superficie lateral enfrentada a la primera superficie lateral, las cuales definen el ancho total del cuerpo alargado; un orificio transversal (120) destinado a sujetar un elemento de sujeción del injerto, el cual se extiende desde la primera superficie lateral hasta la segunda superficie lateral; una primera apertura (132) que se extiende hasta la superficie del primer extremo y una segunda apertura (134) que se extiende hasta la superficie del segundo extremo; un orificio longitudinal (130) que se extiende a través del cuerpo alargado desde la primera apertura hasta la segunda apertura; y una sutura (310) con un tramo final (312) y un tramo inicial (314), extendiéndose el tramo inicial (314) a través del orificio longitudinal (130); y caracterizado porque el dispositivo de fijación comprende además un elemento de sujeción del injerto (320) colocado en el orificio transversal (120), de tal modo que el tramo inicial (314) de la sutura (310) se extiende a través del orificio transversal y sobre el elemento de sujeción del injerto (320); y porque la sutura (310) incluye un tope (316) en una posición intermedia de la sutura (310), separando el tope (316) el tramo inicial (312) del tramo final (314) de la sutura (310); donde el tope queda en posición adyacente a la superficie del primer extremo (112) del cuerpo alargado (110) cuando se aplica tensión al tramo inicial (312) de la sutura (310), de tal modo que el dispositivo de fijación puede desplazarse en el sentido del tramo inicial (312), el cuerpo alargado (110) gira cuando se aplica tensión al tramo final (314) de la sutura (310), y la sutura (310) puede extraerse del cuerpo alargado (110) cuando se aplica tensión adicional al tramo final (314) de la sutura (310).
