Abstract

Procedimiento para aplicar una capa adherente (30) sobre un dispositivo sensor (10), con las etapas de: a) aplicar una plantilla (18) sobre el dispositivo sensor (10), presentando la plantilla (18) una abertura de plantilla (22) y disponiéndose la abertura de plantilla (22) sobre una superficie (16) del dispositivo sensor (10); b) rellenar la abertura de plantilla (22) con una masa de tipo gel (28) para cubrir la superficie (16) del dispositivo sensor (10) en el interior de la abertura de plantilla (22); c) dejar endurecer la masa (28) para formar la capa adherente (30), caracterizado por que, en la etapa b), el dispositivo sensor (10) y la plantilla (18) se disponen de tal manera que dicha superficie (16) queda orientada hacia arriba y en horizontal, y en el que, antes y/o durante el endurecimiento de la masa (28), se forma por gravedad una altura uniforme de la masa (28) en una cara superior libre de la masa (28) en la abertura de plantilla (22).
