Abstract

Un método para ensamblar un mecanismo (202) de conducto de avión, adaptado para conducir gases de escape desde las unidades de propulsión, teniendo el mecanismo de conducto un primer extremo y un segundo extremo, que comprende: colocar un primer tramo (304) de conducto y un segundo tramo (306) de conducto dentro de las respectivas aberturas de los anillos de acoplamiento (204/206), definiendo el primer tramo de conducto el primer y segundo bordes (308/310) longitudinales, y definiendo el segundo tramo de conducto el tercer y cuarto bordes (312/314) longitudinales; separar el primer borde longitudinal del primer tramo de conducto lejos del tercer borde longitudinal del segundo tramo de conducto para formar un primer hueco (316) entre el primer y tercer bordes longitudinales, extendiéndose el primer hueco (316) entre el primer extremo y el segundo extremo del mecanismo de conducto; separar el segundo borde longitudinal del primer tramo de conducto lejos del cuarto borde longitudinal del segundo tramo de conducto para formar un segundo hueco (318) entre el segundo y cuarto bordes longitudinales, extendiéndose el segundo hueco (318) entre el primer extremo y el segundo extremo del mecanismo de conducto; colocar un primer fleje (332) de empalme para solapar el primer hueco; y colocar un segundo fleje (334) de empalme para solapar el segundo hueco.
