Junta para paneles prefabricados de exterior, caracterizada por el hecho de comprender: un primer perfil de acero que presenta una extremidad replegada formando un reborde de encaje para el paramento del panel con un tramo vertical externo, un tramo horizontal y un tramo vertical paralelo al primer tramo vertical externo, pero de mayor longitud, destinado a quedar aplicado contra la cara interna de dicho paramento, cuya extremidad se halla doblada varias veces en escuadra, para un alojamiento en C dirigido hacia la cara internamiento de paramento; un segundo perfil de acero que presenta una extremidad plegada formando un reborde de encaje para el paramento del panel con un tramo vertical externo un tramo horizontal y un tramo vertical paralelo a otra cara interna del paramento, que, después de un codo se prolonga paralelamente a sí mismo con una longitud sustancialmente doble que el primer tramo, para doblarse en escuadra una primera vez hacia el interior del panel, una segunda vez hacia arriba y una tercera vez hacia la cara interna del paramento, formando de esta manera un alojamiento en C sustancialmente similar al conformado por el primer perfil; un par de perfiles de material plástico constituidos por un puente arqueado provisto en sus extremidades de terminales que adoptan sustancialmente una forma de P abierta, con los terminales de la parte derecha especularmente orientados con respecto a los de la parte derecha; y dos guarniciones aislantes.
