Abstract
Bacteria aislada del género Streptomyces seleccionada del grupo que consiste en: - la bacteria depositada y registrada en la CNCM con el N.º I-4467, y - los mutantes de dicha bacteria depositados y registrados en la CNCM con el N.º I-4467 capaces de inhibir el crecimiento de al menos un microorganismo, denominado microorganismo objetivo, elegido del grupo compuesto por Botrytis cinerae, Fusarium culmorum, Pythium ultimum, Phaeomoniella chlamydospora, Phaeomoniella aelophilum, Eutypa lata, Fomitiporia mediterranea y Botryosphaeria obtusa, obteniéndose los mutantes de dicha bacteria depositada por mutagénesis de dicha bacteria depositada. comprendiendo la bacteria depositada y los mutantes de dicha bacteria depositada una secuencia de ADN, denominada ADN 16Sr, que codifica el ARN ribosómico 16S de dicha bacteria, siendo dicha secuencia de ADN idéntica a la secuencia SEQ ID_NO1.

EJEMPLO 7 -Estimulación del crecimiento de las raíces de las plántulas de colza.
Se prepara una composición líquida de acuerdo con la invención que comprende las células vegetativas y esporas
10 de la bacteria de acuerdo con la invención mediante la suspensión en agua con un volumen de un precultivo de la cepa depositada en la CNCM en 60 volúmenes de agua. El pre-cultivo es un cultivo en fase de crecimiento estacionario y comprende del orden de 10 g (peso húmedo) de bacterias por litro de cultivo previo. La composición líquida se aplica de acuerdo con la invención sobre las semillas por mezcla y homogeneización de 16,4 g de semilla de colza y 490 μl de la composición líquida (es decir, del orden de 1 tonelada de semillas de colza en 30 litros de
15 composición líquida) para formar un revestimiento de la composición líquida de acuerdo con la invención sobre las semillas de colza. La composición líquida comprende entre 1 y 2 g de bacterias por litro de la composición, en donde la masa de bacterias es la masa de bacterias húmedas. Se realiza la siembra de semillas de colza, revestidas con la composición de acuerdo con la invención en un medio de cultivo “Pikaw”. Después de 8 días de crecimiento de las plántulas, se recogieron y se pesaron partes de la raíz de 12 plántulas obtenidas a partir de semillas tratadas con la
20 composición de acuerdo con la invención. La masa de las partes de la raíz de las plántulas de colza obtenidas a partir de semillas tratadas con la composición de acuerdo con la invención es de 85 mg y es mayor que el peso (59 mg) de las porciones de raíz de 12 plántulas de colza obtenidas a partir de semillas tratadas con una composición libre de bacterias de acuerdo con la invención como control. Las reproducciones de fotografías de plántulas de colza tratadas y no tratadas se muestran en la Figura 6a y la Figura 6b, respectivamente, y muestran un aumento del
25 crecimiento de las porciones de raíz 12 de plántulas de colza tratadas con la composición de acuerdo con la invención en comparación con las partes de la raíz de 11 de plántulas de colza tratadas con una composición libre de bacterias de acuerdo con la invención como control. La composición líquida comprende bacterias de acuerdo con la invención como las depositadas en la CNCM las cuales estimulan la germinación y crecimiento de las plántulas de colza.
