Cierre para estuches, polveras y similares, caracterizado por el hecho de que consta de una pieza rectangular, de sección en forma de "U" invertida, que se encaja, a modo de pinza, sobre un tabique o travesaño que al efecto presenta un pajeado practicado en le parte frontal del fondo o caja del estuche, presentando la citada pinza, en su cara frontal, un ranurado, sobre el que es presiona manualmente para actuar el resorte de cierre, cuya pieza ofrece una prolongación superior, que por su dorso forma un regruesamiento para el engatillado entre dicha pieza y una nervadura prevista en un cajeado practicado en la parte correspondiente de la tapa del estuche, produciéndose la apertura del cierre al ejercer presión sobre la zona ranurada del mismo, lo que determina que la parte superior de la pieza de cierre se desplace hacia delante, liberando el enganche establecido entre su regruesamiento posterior de engatillado y la nervadura prevista en el pajeado de la tapa, que se abre suave y automáticamente, al girar sobre la correspondiente bisagra.
