Abstract

Un pañal desechable que comprende una lámina de respaldo, una almohadilla absorbente sobre dicha lámina de respaldo, una lámina superior que descansa sobre dicho cuerpo absorbente, estando asegurada dicha lámina superior a dicha lámina de respaldo en por lo menos dos bordes periféricos opuestos de la misma, miembros elásticos opuestos asegurados a dicha lámina de respaldo en por lo menos las partes centrales de dichos dos bordes periféricos opuestos para definir cierres de entrepierna a lo largo de los bordes laterales de dicho pañal, estando dichos miembros elásticos a menos de 19 mm de dicho cuerpo absorbente, siendo la tensión sobre dichos miembros elásticos tal que habrá pliegues solamente a lo largo de dichos cierres de entrepierna y no habrá pliegues transversalmente a la zona de entrepierna de dicho pañal.
