Abstract

Cierre de fondo; de material sintético elástico, utilizable como pistón de extracción a presión o extrusión para masas plásticas viscosas, para un recipiente de extrusión cilíndrico y hueco, especialmente; para un cartucho, con un plato de cierre dirigido hacia el espacio de reserva del recipiente de extrusión y con un sector de pistón hueco que se extiende hasta el orificio de llenado del recipiente de extrusión, y está guiado junto a la pared interior de éste, y con por lo menos un labio de estanqueidad elástico que se apoya en la pared interior del recipiente, conformado a base del material de éste y que rodea a la pared exterior del mismo, caracterizado porque sobre el lado del plato de cierre, situado en dirección al espacio de reserva, está asentado un elemento de tapa conformado siguiendo por lo menos aproximadamente el contorno del plato de cierre, a base de un material elástico diferente del material sintético del resto del cierre de fondo, el cual se aplica con un borde circundante, orientado hacia el sector de pistón hueco, sobre el borde exterior del plato de cierre y está detenido sobre él en dirección longitudinal.
