Articulation comprising elements (2 and 5) connected to each other by a shaft (3), one of these elements having a central tenon (1) mounted on said shaft and disposed between two side tenons (4), integral with the other element and each having an end groove (7) adapted for receiving the shaft (3), characterized in that each of the side tenons (4) further comprises on its outer lateral face a setback portion (8) adapted for receiving a stop head (9) disposed at one of the ends of the shaft, for one of the side tenons, or a washer (10) fitted on the other end of the shaft, for the second side tenon, means being provided for securing the washer against axial movement with respect to the shaft, after positioning of this washer.
