Abstract

Conjunto de muelles para la construcción de colchones, muebles tapizados y similares, del tipo que comprende: una pluralidad de filas de espiras formándose cada una de las filas de un solo trozo continuo de alambre y conteniendo cada una de las filas una pluralidad de espiras interconectadas por segmentos de interconexión, situándose segmentos alternos de los segmentos de interconexión en los planos de la superficie superior e inferior del conjunto de muelle, extendiéndose partes de los segmentos de interconexión más allá de la periferia de las espiras, quedando situados los ejes de las espiras perpendiculares a la superficie superior e inferior del conjunto de muelle, superponiéndose secciones de cada uno de los segmentos de interconexión de cada fila con relación a segmentos de interconexión de una fila adyacente, quedando situadas las secciones superpuestas en lados opuestos de las espiras, y estando redondeadas las secciones superpuestas de los segmentos de interconexión, medios de muelles helicoidal que se extiende paralelos a las filas en la longitud de dichas filas, arrollándose los medios de muelles helicoidal a través de las secciones superpuestas de los segmentos de interconexión para sujetar las filas de espiras en relación ensamblada, caracterizado porque el centro de los radios de las secciones superpuestas en lados opuestos de cada una de las espiras, se sitúa en un plano diametral común de la espira, por lo que la compresión de las espiras ensambladas no hace que los ejes de las espiras no se desplace lateralmente ni que las espiras se retuerzan cuando se comprimen totalmente.
