Abstract
Un instrumento para el procesamiento de muestras que comprende - al menos un recipiente de muestra (102) para contener al menos una muestra líquida; - al menos un recipiente de solvente (110) para contener al menos un solvente; - al menos un recipiente de procesamiento de muestras (100) que comprende un material de procesamiento de muestras, en el que dicho recipiente de procesamiento de muestras tiene un extremo superior con una abertura de entrada de líquido y un extremo inferior con una abertura de salida de líquido; y - un robot de manipulación de líquidos (114) dispuesto para mover una alícuota de dicha muestra líquida desde dicho recipiente de muestra a dicho recipiente de procesamiento de muestras, y para mover una alícuota de dicho solvente desde dicho recipiente de solvente hasta dicho recipiente de procesamiento de muestras; - una mesa móvil (200) dispuesta debajo del contenedor de procesamiento de muestras, teniendo dicha mesa posiciones para varios contenedores de recolección de líquidos (206), por lo que el movimiento de dicha mesa coloca a su vez dichos contenedores de recolección de líquidos (206) directamente debajo de dichos contenedores de procesamiento de muestras (100); - medios para aplicar una presión de gas positiva (116) al extremo superior de dicho recipiente de procesamiento de muestras para empujar los contenidos líquidos de dicho recipiente de procesamiento de muestras a través de la abertura de salida del líquido; en un contenedor de recolección de líquidos caracterizado porque comprende además - un elevador (300) dispuesto para levantar un contenedor de recolección de líquido en posición debajo del contenedor de procesamiento de muestras hasta el nivel de la abertura de salida de líquido de dicho contenedor de procesamiento de muestras; y un contenedor de recolección de desechos (300) directamente debajo del contenedor de procesamiento de muestras, en el que dicho contenedor de recolección de desechos (300) se puede mover verticalmente desde una posición debajo de la mesa móvil (200) a una posición sobre la mesa móvil.
