Abstract

Procedimiento para producir un polímero de reacción de polimerización por condensación, que comprende una etapa de polimerización con guía, en la que se suministra un prepolímero fundido en el borde superior de una guía de cables en un reactor de polimerización para la producción de un polímero de reacción de polimerización por condensación, y se deja que descienda mientras entra en contacto con la guía de cables en la realización de la polimerización del prepolímero fundido y que se obtenga el polímero reacción de polimerización por condensación, comprendiendo la guía de cables un grupo de cables verticales que consiste en una pluralidad de cables verticales que se extienden en la dirección vertical, que están espaciados entre sí en alineación en un paso de disposición L1 (mm), en el que: en la etapa de polimerización con guía, el prepolímero fundido suministrado desde el borde superior de la guía de cables se agrega, de manera que se forma una masa de prepolímero fundido sobre el cable vertical, y se forma una masa de prepolímero fundido, en la que la anchura de la masa de prepolímero fundido medida en un dirección de alineación de los cables verticales en una posición 200 mm por debajo del borde superior se representa como L2 (mm), y la anchura L2 (mm) de la masa de prepolímero fundido cumple la relación con L1 (mm), tal como se define por la desigualdad (1)**Fórmula** en el que la guía de cables comprende una pluralidad de cables de fijación que unen la pluralidad de cables verticales del grupo de cables verticales y fijan la relación de posición entre los cables verticales, y un paso de disposición L5 (mm) de los cables de fijación es, como mínimo, 1,5 veces L1, y L1 es 3-20 mm.
