Abstract

Procedimiento para el montaje de un cartucho de grifo monomando (1) para una grifería, que comprende al menos las siguientes etapas: - facilitar una carcasa (2) que presenta una abertura de montaje (7) y una tapa (8), presentando la carcasa (2) y la tapa (8) ganchos (11), superficies de sujeción (12) que se corresponden con los ganchos (11) y topes axiales (13) que se extienden en dirección axial por una altura (20), - formar una pila (9), que comprende al menos un disco (3) que va a fijarse de manera segura contra el giro en la carcasa (2) y un disco (4) que puede moverse hacia el disco (3) que va a fijarse, - medir una altura (21) de la pila (9), - deformar los topes axiales (13), que están hechos de de plástico, mediante una herramienta colocada sobre los topes axiales (13), reduciéndose la altura (20) de los topes axiales (13) dependiendo de la altura de pila (21) medida, sometiéndose a excitación la herramienta para formar vibraciones de ultrasonido y deformándose radialmente hacia el exterior los topes axiales (13) con reducción de su altura (20) - introducir en la carcasa (2) los elementos de la pila (9) a través de la abertura de montaje (7), - instalar la tapa (8) en la carcasa (2), llevando a los ganchos (11) a invadir las superficies de sujeción (12), de modo que la tapa (8) está asegurada frente a una retirada involuntaria.
