Abstract

Un dispositivo de limpieza del colon que comprende: un tubo (54) a través del cual se eliminan líquido y materia fecal del colon de un paciente, teniendo el tubo un eje longitudinal; un cabezal de limpieza (52) ubicado en el extremo distal del tubo, teniendo el cabezal de limpieza al menos una apertura (53A, 53B) coaxial con el eje longitudinal, la al menos una apertura dimensionada para que la materia fecal se introduzca en el interior del cabezal de limpieza desde el colon; al menos un elemento de desmontaje (55A) dispuesto en el interior del cabezal de limpieza, dicho al menos un elemento de desmontaje es una varilla fina para cortar la materia fecal durante una rotación alrededor del eje longitudinal; y un mecanismo de accionamiento que acciona el elemento de desmontaje para realizar un desplazamiento de barrido en el interior del cabezal de limpieza de modo que al menos un elemento de desmontaje gire alrededor del eje longitudinal para cortar la materia fecal; en el que dicha varilla fina está acoplada a un extremo a lo largo del eje longitudinal y al otro extremo a una distancia radial alejada del eje longitudinal, de modo que la varilla está dispuesta en un ángulo con respecto al eje longitudinal; y en el que el cabezal de limpieza y el tubo están dimensionados y conformados para ser desplazados a lo largo del colon de un paciente.
