Abstract

Un dispositivo de elevación para elevar un rotor de una turbina eólica (1), donde el dispositivo de elevación (8) comprende: - al menos una unidad base (18) que tiene uno o más medios de montaje (14) configurados para que se monten unos medios de montaje (15) coincidentes ubicados en una superficie exterior de un buje (6) del rotor (5), teniendo además el buje al menos dos interfaces de montaje (11, 12) configuradas para que se monten al menos dos palas de la turbina eólica (7); - al menos una unidad de giro que comprende un conjunto de carro (25) configurado de modo que se mueva a lo largo de un carril ubicado en la unidad base, donde se dispone un acoplamiento de engranaje (32, 33) en el conjunto de carro (25) y se configura de modo que mueva el conjunto de carro a lo largo del carril de manera que haga girar el rotor (5) un ángulo de esencialmente 90 grados desde una posición de elevación hasta una posición de instalación; - al menos un elemento de elevación (20, 20') ubicado en el conjunto de carro configurado de modo que esté conectado a una unidad de elevación externa; - una unidad de control configurada de modo que controle el funcionamiento del dispositivo de elevación, caracterizado por que el dispositivo de elevación comprende además un grupo impulsor que comprende el acoplamiento de engranaje (32, 33) que tiene un piñón (32) que engrana con un borde de engranaje (33) coincidente ubicado en el carril, donde el piñón (33) está conectado a un motor (30) impulsado mediante una unidad de potencia, por que la unidad de giro comprende un mecanismo de frenado (35) configurado de modo que detenga el rotor (5) en cualquier posición intermedia entre la posición de elevación y la posición de instalación, por que el mecanismo de frenado (35) se elige entre un freno eléctrico, hidráulico, neumático o electromagnético y dicho mecanismo de frenado se dispone con relación al grupo impulsor para aplicar una fuerza de frenado sobre el conjunto de carro (25), por que el mecanismo de frenado (35) bloquea el conjunto de carro (25), y por tanto el rotor (5), en cualquier posición a lo largo del carril cuando se activa, y por que dicho mecanismo de frenado (35) se libera cuando se activa la unidad de control.
