Abstract
Dispositivo (1) de fijación amortiguador entre dos elementos (2, 3) que hay que ensamblar, comprendiendo el dispositivo de fijación: - una pieza (4) interna tubular según un eje (A) de fijación, destinada a fijarse rígidamente a un elemento (3) que hay que ensamblar y que comprende una superficie (5) lateral exterior; - una pieza (11) externa tubular según el eje (A) de fijación, hueca, destinada a fijarse rígidamente a otro elemento (2) que hay que ensamblar y que comprende una superficie (12) lateral interior, estando la pieza (4) interna alojada en la pieza (3) externa, de modo que la superficie exterior de la pieza interna está enfrente de la superficie interior de la pieza externa; - una capa (18) de elastómero entre la pieza (11) externa y la pieza (4) interna, estando el dispositivo de fijación caracterizado por que la superficie (5) lateral exterior de la pieza (4) interna comprende al menos una porción irregular y la superficie (12) lateral interior de la pieza (11) externa comprende al menos una porción irregular complementaria de la porción irregular de la superficie (5) externa de la pieza (4) interna, comprendiendo la capa (18) de elastómero una primera cara (19) adherida sobre la porción irregular de la superficie (5) exterior lateral de la pieza (4) interna y una segunda cara (20), opuesta a la primera cara (19), adherida sobre la porción irregular de la superficie (12) interior lateral de la pieza (11) externa y por que la capa (18) de elastómero, cuando se ve en corte en un plano (P) longitudinal que comprende el eje (A) de fijación, comprende: - a cada lado del eje (A) de fijación, al menos tres porciones (28a, 28b, 38a, 38b, 29a, 29b) llamadas longitudinales, distribuidas en la dirección del eje (A) de fijación según un paso predeterminado, trabajando al menos una de las tres porciones (28a, 28b, 38a, 38b, 29a, 29b) longitudinales en el lado opuesto de las otras dos porciones según la dirección del eje (A) longitudinal y - al menos dos porciones (27a, 27b, 37a, 37b, 29a, 29b) llamadas transversales, que trabajan en una dirección transversal al eje (A) de fijación, estando una primera porción (27a, 29a, 37a) situada a un primer lado del eje (A) de fijación y estando la segunda porción (27b, 29b, 37b) situada al otro lado del eje (A) de fijación.
