Abstract
Válvula de gas (4) para el ajuste de una corriente de volumen de gas alimentada a un quemador de gas (3) de un aparato de cocción (1), en particular de un aparato de cocción de gas, con una válvula de conmutación principal (22) configurada como válvula de apertura y cierre y con una pluralidad de válvulas de conmutación de control (28 - 32) dispuestas curso abajo de la válvula de conmutación principal (22) y configuradas como válvulas de apertura y de cierre, en la que la válvula de gas (4) se puede llevar para el ajuste de la corriente de volumen de gas desde una posición cerrada (GP) sin posiciones intermedias (ZP) directamente hasta una posición de combustión total (VP) y desde la posición de combustión total (VP) a través de varias posiciones intermedias (ZP) de forma escalonada hasta una posición de combustión pequeña (KP), en la que la válvula de conmutación principal (22) está abierta en la posición de combustión total (VP), en cada posición intermedia (ZP) y en la posición de combustión pequeña (KP), en la que las válvulas de conmutación de control (28 - 32) se pueden cerrar de forma sucesiva mientras se lleva la válvula de gas (4) desde la posición de combustión total (VP) hasta la posición de combustión pequeña (KP), en la que la válvula de gas (4) comprende una placa de flujo de paso (12) y un disco de control (13) desplazable con relación a la placa de flujo de paso (12), en la que la válvula de conmutación principal (28 - 32) presenta un orificio de control (23 - 27) previsto en la placa de flujo de paso (12), que se puede cubrir y liberar por el disco de control (13) para cerrar y abrir la válvula de conmutación principal (28 - 32), y caracterizada porque cada válvula de conmutación principal (22) presenta un orificio de control principal (21) previsto en la placa de flujo de paso (12), que se puede cubrir y liberar por el disco de control (13) para cerrar y abrir la válvula de conmutación principal (22).
