Abstract
Instalación de OI para producir agua muy pura, preferentemente para soluciones de enjuague médicas, con una tubería de suministro de agua no tratada (1a), que conduce a un recipiente de alimentación (9) desde el cual una tubería (84) con una bomba (11) conduce al lado primario (12.1) de una membrana de OI (12), desde donde una tubería de circulación de concentrado (32) conduce de vuelta al recipiente de alimentación (9), con un circuito secundario con una tubería de alimentación de permeado (44), en la que está conectado un calentador (20), y una primera tubería de circulación de permeado (28) que, por medio de una válvula de mantenimiento de presión (31) provista de una válvula de derivación (31a), está conectada con una tubería de retorno de permeado (50), que conduce al recipiente de alimentación (9), bifurcándose antes de la válvula de mantenimiento de presión (31) con la válvula de derivación (31a) una tubería de circulación de permeado adicional (29), en la que está conectada una bomba de circulación de permeado (30) y que desemboca en el lado secundario (12.2) de la membrana de OI (12), conduciendo la tubería de alimentación de permeado (44) a un ultrafiltro o filtro estéril (25), de cuyo lado primario parte la primera tubería de circulación de permeado (28), y de cuyo lado secundario sale una tubería de evacuación de filtrado, que contiene una válvula de liberación de permeado (24), desembocando una tubería de medio de desinfección (86), que está conectada con un recipiente de medio de desinfección (34) y provista de una bomba de medio de desinfección (33) en la primera tubería de circulación de permeado (28), de tal manera que el circuito primario, que contiene el recipiente de alimentación (9), la tubería (84), el lado primario (12.1) de la membrana de OI (12) y la tubería de circulación de concentrado (32), y el circuito secundario, que contiene el lado secundario (12.2) de la membrana de OI (12), la tubería de alimentación de permeado (44), la primera tubería de circulación de permeado (28) y la tubería de circulación de permeado adicional (29), puedan ser recorridos independientemente entre sí por un medio de desinfección y limpieza.
