Abstract

Método para producir una superficie estructurada sobre un rodillo de estampación de acero por medio de láser de impulso corto, siendo su estructura una macroestructura con dimensiones de más de 20 μm y profundidades de hasta 150 μm y más que es producida mediante una combinación de parámetros de: a) fluencia en el intervalo de 0.5 J/cm2 a 70 J/cm2, b) longitud de onda de 532 nm a 1064 nm, c) velocidad de repetición de 1 kHz a 10 MHz, d) separación de impulso a impulso sobre la pieza de trabajo del 10% al 50% del diámetro del haz para el láser de femtosegundos y del 10 - 25% y del 40 al 50% del diámetro del haz para el láser de picosegundos para densidades altas y bajas, respectivamente, y e) la posición del plano de enfoque del rayo láser está en o ligeramente por debajo de la superficie de la pieza de trabajo, y f) velocidades de desviación de hasta 100 m/s y más.
