Abstract
Eje de pistón, para un pistón, principalmente de motor de combustión interna, del tipo articulado por un eje de pistón (2), sensiblemente cilíndrico, a un pie de biela (3), estando montado dicho eje de pistón (2) de manera giratoria en un cojinete (4) de dicho pie de biela (3) provisto de una ranura anular (5), principalmente situada en el plano medio longitudinal de simetría de dicho eje de pistón (2) y de dicho pie de biela (3) y comunicando con la extremidad de un canal (6) de alimentación de fluido de refrigeración y/o lubricación que se extiende dentro del cuerpo de la biela (7) y desembocando en la superficie de extremidad del pie de biela, y en dos palieres (8) espaciados solidarios del pistón, situados a uno y otro lado del pie de biela (3) y provistos de ranuras anulares (10), estando perforado dicho eje de pistón (2), generalmente macizo, por un cierto número de canales (11a-11f), principalmente rectilíneos, cada uno de los cuales desemboca, en una extremidad (13a-13f), en dicha ranura anular (5) de dicho cojinete (4) de pie de biela (3) y, en la otra extremidad (14a-14f), en una u otra de dichas ranuras anulares (10) de dichos palieres de eje (8), caracterizado porque dichos canales (11a-11f) están realizados en una parte periférica (15) de dicho eje de pistón (2) siendo además tangentes a una parte central sensiblemente cilíndrica (16) de dicho eje, coaxial al mismo, en la que es máxima la concentración de impurezas metálicas.
