Abstract

1. Dispositivo de refrigeración para construcciones de pared y/o construcciones de tapa de hornos industriales, en particular hornos eléctricos de arco voltaico, el cual presenta una pluralidad de tubos de refrigeración yuxtapuestos y colocados con un espacio intermedio de distanciamiento de uno a otro, los cuales tienen por el lado del extremo unos elementos de desviación soldados sobre ellos y están agrupados así para formar un canal de circulación de refrigerante de forma de serpentina, caracterizado porque los tubos de refrigeración presentan en sus extremos unidos con los elementos de desviación unos ensanchamientos vueltos uno hacia otro que están aplicados uno a otro, definen el espacio intermedio de distanciamiento y están soldados entre sí por sus superficies de aplicación, y porque sobre los extremos soldados de los tubos de refrigeración están soldados como elementos de desviación unos casquetes, y los tubos de refrigeración del dispositivo de refrigeración están reunidos por medio de los casquetes para formar un grupo autoportante. 2. Dispositivo de refrigeración según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los casquetes presentan un espesor de pared (d) agrandado en comparación con los tubos de refrigeración. 3. Dispositivo de refrigeración según una de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque en el lado alejado del recinto del horno industrial asociado está dispuesta una chapa de cubierta que sirve de ayuda de montaje y/o de pared del horno. 4. Dispositivo de refrigeración según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque la chapa de cubierta está provista de anclajes para material refractario a aplicar y/o escoria a retener firmemente, los cuales atraviesan el espacio intermedio de distanciamiento. 5. Dispositivo de refrigeración según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque los anchajes están configurados al mismo tiempo como sujetadores para los tubos de refrigeración y/o los casquetes, estando, por ejemplo, curvados. 6. Dispositivo de refrigeración para construcciones de pared y/o construcciones de tapa de hornos industriales.
