Abstract
1. Dispositivo de clavo para la fijación de una fractura del fémur, con una zona discrepante de la sección transversal redonda, cerca de uno de sus extremos, para la aplicación de fuerzas y /o momentos de sus extremos, para la aplicación , preferentemente para el empleo según el principio del llamando <<CLAVETEADO FASCICULAR>>, con una curvatura y tal elasticidad que el clavo introducido en el canal medular se apoye con su extremo distal en la cortina y en el que la zona discrepante de la sección transversal redondeada presenta una superficie cóncava y una superficie convexa que están arqueadas predominantemente en torno a ejes extendidos paralelamente al sentido longitudinal del clavo y la sección transversal redonda sobresale en parte, caracterizado en que la superficie convexa sobresale sólo ligeramente de las demás periferia cilíndrica del clavo y con zonas superficiales (8'' y 8 '''') incurvadas en continuo se une a una escotadura (8) se halla en la cara interna de una curvatura que estáreferida a la longitud total del clavo. 2. Dispositivo conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que las zonas (11 y 12) sobresalientes de la sección transversal redonda del clavo y que sirven como superficies de ataque para la transformación, en arrastre de forma, de momentos de torsión al clavo sobresalen de la superficie periféricas de éste tan sólo lo suficiente para que una por lo menos de tales zonas halle sitio en una espacio (21 a 25) que, en el paquete transversales circulares. 3. Dispositivo, conforme a una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado en que las zonas (11 y 12) que sobresalen de la sección transversal redonda están dispuestas con simetría de rotación en un ángulo de 120 a 180 grados. 4.Dispositivo, conforme a una de las reivindicaciones anteirores, caracterizado en que la escotadura (8) y las zonas (11 y 12) que sobresalen de la sección transversal del clavo dirigida virtualmente en ángulo recto respecto al eje. 5. Dispositivo, conforme a una de las reivindicaciones anteirores, caracterizado en que la superficie (10) de cercano es lisa y forma una parte de una superficie de sección transversal del clavo dirigida en ángulo recto respecto al eje. 6. Dispositivo, conforme a una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado en que la revión de la escotadura (8) está provista una abertura de paso (9) que conduce a una zona de la superficie del clavo (8) opuesta a la escotaduira, con una sección transversal que es mucho menor que la zona de superficie del clavo (2) ocupada por la escotadura 7. Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 7, caracterizado en que la mordaza (33) presenta una superficie (14) por medio de la cual se puede ejercer una fuerza sobre la superficie (10) de la escotadura (8) de la superficie periférica del extremo distal del clavo y mantiene en engarce recíproco las superficies (10 y 34). 8.Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 7, caracterizado por la provisión de un elemento de bloqueo (36, 36a, 36b) que se apoyaen una parte, opuesta a la escotadura (8) de la superficie periférica del extremo distal del clavo y mantiene en engarce recíproco la superficies (10 y 34). 9. Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 8, caracterizado por la provisiónde un elemento de bloqueo (36, 36a,36b) que se apoya en una parte, opuesta a la escotadura (8) de la superficie periférica del extremo distal del clavo y mantiene en engarce recíproco las superficies (10 y 34). 10. Dispositivo, conforme a la reivindicación 9, caracterizado en que el elemento de bloqueo está constituido por una nariz (36a) y en la construcción de la herramienta a modo de tenazas, por una mordaza antagonista o contramordaza (36b) y/o un cerrojo deslizable. 11. Dispositivo, conforme a una de las reivindicaciones 7 a 11 en relación con la reivindicación 6, caracterizado por la provisión , como elemento centrador, de una espiga (35,35a) que cuando la mordaza se halla aplicada entra en la abertura de paso practicado en el clavo o pasa a través de esta abertura. 12. Dispositivo , conforme a una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizado porque la fijación del clavo se realiza por medio de una mordaza (41) con un relieve que está ajustado a la escotadura (8) y la cual se halla unida a una placa que presenta orificios (42 y 43) para la recepción de tornillos para huesos. 13. Dispositivo de clavo la fijación de una fractura de femur. .
