Abstract
1. Disposición de recipientes basculable revestida de refractario para el tratamiento de hierros fundidos con los materiales inductores de la formación de grafito esferoidal, con una cámara dispuesta en el espacio interior en el fondo del recipiente y destinada a alojar al agente de tratamiento, así como una abertura en el recipiente, que puede cerrarse con tapa y que está destinada a la carga y al vaciado, caracterizada por un recipiente esencialmente cilíndrico con un tabique dispuesto en el espacio interior en un fondo del cilindro y que forma con la pared del recipiente una cámara abierta por arriba en dirección de la abertura del recipiente, pudiendo girar el recipiente horizontalmente en torno a un eje longitudinal y pudiendo bascular a posición vertical u horizontal en torno a un eje transversal. 2. Disposición de recipiente según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el tabique está hecho como placa plana o abovedada. 3. Disposición de recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizada porque el tabique forma con el fondo del recipiente en la cámara un ángulo de 45 a 90º, con preferencia de 60 a 85º. 4. Disposición de recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque el eje longitudinal discurre centrado o descentrado. 5. Disposición de recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque el eje transversal discurre radialmente o en dirección de una secante. 6. Disposición de recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque la abertura del recipiente, referido a la posición vertical, está dispuesta en la zona del fondo superior del cilindro en la envolvente del mismo y puede cerrarse. 7. Disposición de recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque la camara, referida a la posición vertical, está situada debajo de la abertura del recipiente en el fondo inferior del cilindro. 8. Disposición de recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizada porque en la abertura del mismo en la zonamarginal del fondo superior del cilindro está dispuesto un tabique represador de la escoria. 9. Disposición de recipiente según las reivindicaciones 1 a 8, caracterizada porque en la abertura del mismo está montado un sifón de colada. 10. Disposición de recipiente basculable revestida de refractario para el tratamiento de hierros fundidos con materiales inductores de la formación de grafito esferoidal.
