Abstract

1. Recipiente destinado a contener sólidos, caracterizado porque comprende por una parte una envoltura rígida exterior que tiene una abertura que es capaz de cerrarse por una tapa, y por otra parte una envoltura interior que encierra el contenido sólido y que está posicionada totalmente dentro de la envoltura exterior, siendo dicha envoltura interior elásticamente deformable y capaz de un aumento de volumen que es suficiente para absorber la presión sobrante resultante del envasado del contenido cuando se aplica la tapa, sin aplastar el contenido sólido. 2. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la envoltura interior está dimensionada de forma tal que, en ausencia de toda deformación, el recipiente está lleno con todo su contenido útil cuando el contenido sobresale ligeramente sobre el nivel superior de la envoltura interior. 3. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la envoltura interior (11) es cilíndrica y está dotada de una base convexa (12) que es capaz de deformarse bajo el efecto de la presión ejercida por el contenido a fin de crear el aumento necesario de volumen de la envoltura interior. 4. Recipiente según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la envoltura interior es un manguito (21) dotado de al menos una hendidura (22) que permite la dilatación radial de aquél bajo el efecto de la presión ejercida por el contenido. 5. Recipiente según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque hay una sola hendidura y se extiende de un extremo del manguito al otro. 6. Recipiente según la reivindicación 4 ó 5, caracterizado porque el manguito es capaz también de enrollarse para permitir que se introduzca a través de la abertura (24) de la envoltura exterior (20). 7. Recipiente según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la envoltura exterior (10, 20) tiene una configuración interior que permite el centraje de la envoltura interior (11, 21) una vez ésta haya sido introducida dentro de dicha envolturaexterior. 8. Recipiente según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque la envoltura exterior (10, 20) tiene una forma angular para facilitar su sujeción. 9. Recipiente destinado a contener sólidos.
