Abstract

1. Caja formando contenedor para productos diversos, especialmente para productos alimenticios, comprendiendo un cuerpo formando una brida y una tapa, que se apoya sobre dicha brida y está soldada a ésta , caracterizada porque la soldadura se extiende sobre una anchura inferior a la anchura de la brida, que comprende medios de rotura, por lo menos de las partes soldadas, extendiéndose los medios de rotura sobre todo el contrario, tanto de la brida como de la tapa. 2. Caja según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la tapa forma igualmente una brida y está conformada para realizar un encaje con el borde lateral ascendente de la caja, estando realizada la soldadura entre las bridas y una parte solamente de la anchura de ésta. 3. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque las bridas presentan ranuras de rotura más allá de su parte soldada. 4. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caractarizada porque las bridas delimitan entre ellas un alojamiento, en cuyocontorno está formada la soldadura. 5. Caja según la reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque la tapa está constituida de modo indiferente, para encajarse en el interior de la caja o al exterior de la misma, estando formadas las bridas en uno y otro caso más allá de las partes de encaje. 6. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque la caja y la tapa están fabricadas de material plástico resistente a una temperatura superior a 105 grados C y con preferencia vecina a 130 grados C, siendo la materia plástica especialmente polipropileno. 7. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada porque las soldaduras están realizadas por ultrasonido. 8. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizada porque la caja y/o la tapa presentan partes deformables. 9. Caja según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la soldadura está formada a lo largo del contorno externo de una ranura prevista en una de las bridas de la caja y de la tapa. 10. Caja según las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizada porque los bordes, que delimitan la ranura periférica, son agudos. 11. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 10; caracterizada porque la brida, complementaria a aquella que comprende la ranura periférica, presenta iniciaciones de rotura periféricas. 12. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizada porque las iniciaciones periféricas están formadas frente a bordes ascendestes de la ranura periférica. 13. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizada porque un segmento anula de rotura comporta una patilla flexible. 14. Caja según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, caracterizada porque el anillo soldado se extiende desde el borde periférico externo de las bridas hasta el borde ascendente de la ranura periférica. 15.
